RETURNS, your satisfaction is a priority at SafeSleep®. If you need to return a product for any reason, please click here and fill out the return form at the bottom of the page. Once the return form is completed, you will receive a return ship label via email within 1-2 business days. Make sure to check the email you used when placing your order.

CANCEL ORDER, you may cancel your order anytime before it ships. If you want to cancel your order, please, phone or email [email protected]. Please put “CANCEL ORDER” in the subject line. DAMAGES We package our products to avoid damage, but accidents do happen. If your item was damaged during shipping, please report it to us within seven (7) days of receiving your package. To receive a replacement, please fill out a return and exchange form. There is a section at the bottom of the page to upload your photos of the damage. Damaged items are replaced immediately. Note, if a particular piece was damaged and you need it replaced, please indicate the piece/s you would like replaced.
